First of all, this is a really cute photo. And secondly, I like the idea with the black and white photo and the coloured bumblebee.
The warm colour seemes to glow and the details are amazing, so it catches all the attention of the viewer right at the first glance. But in a way this is also a pity, because one only sees that insect and forgets about the pretty flowers. Maybe it would be better, if you make the contrast the between colours a little less hard by makeing the flower's colour just a little paler... But that's just my opinion, if you like it like this, that's ok
Anyway, all in all I think this is an amazing photograph.
