More blood!!!
I couldn't resist...I just love bloody smiles too much :XD:
The blood on the knife looks not realistic (at all), but pretty in a way...so I thought it should be on the photo too :D
I'm also pretty proud of the wounds, they look not bad, I think :)

I give =darkclub permission to show my work in their gallery.

Well, this is an awesome concept - and nice shot - my only really critique (and reason with this didn't get a full house) is most probably the contrast on the bloody knife to the face. the face looks freaking awesome - but the bloody knife looks exactly like what it is - fake. it's like a very child like idea of what a bloody knife is, and hence i look at the image in full and find i am struggling to merge both the knife and the face together!
I hope this is of help for you, i aim for constructive critique, D-Riccy!
